Xero Setup

If you’re new to Xero (or fed up with spreadsheets), I can get you set up properly from the 1st of next month.

Standard setup - £250*

• Xero organisation set up and configured

• Bank feed connected

• Simple chart of accounts

• Opening balances as at the start date

• 60-minute handover call

Premium setup - £400*

• Everything in Standard, plus:

• Import customers/suppliers (where available)

• Set up repeating invoices/bills

• VAT set-up (if registered)

• 90-minute handover + a short “how to use Xero” guide

*Anything before the start date stays in your old system unless you want a separate catch-up/tidy-up.

Ongoing Bookkeeping Packages

Day-to-day bookkeeping so you can focus on what matters to you - running and growing your business. We can help you pick the best package for the size of your business.

All packages include: bank reconciliation, sensible coding of income/expenses, a tidy sales/purchases trail, and an end-of-month snapshot so you know where you stand.

For VAT registered businesses, an additional VAT package can be added for £50/month extra, which includes VAT checks and submission.

Start-up/Side Hustle

Up to 150 bank transactions/month

Growing Business

Up to 300 bank transactions/month

A good fit for most independent artisans, cafés and similar businesses
